The state of Ohio has taken from the owners for highway purposes the following described real estate:
Parcel No. 29, a perpetual easement for highway purposes, comprising a strip of land 8 feet in depth and 350 feet in width; parcel 29-SL-l, a temporary right to construct a slope easement in accordance with plans and specifications and for no other purpose; and parcel 29-SL-2, a temporary right to construct a slope easement in accordance with plans and specifications and for no other purpose.
