This is an action to annul a marriage between the parties herein upon the ground of fraud. The defendant defaulted and the action came on for trial before the Supreme Court at a Special Term thereof on the 3d day of April, 1937, held at the court house in Poughkeepsie, N. Y., Mr. Justice Aldrich presiding.
