Plaintiffs William LaTorre and his company, LaTorre Consulting, Inc. (together, “Plaintiffs”), bring this action against Downingtown Area School District and its *816superintendent, Lawrence Mussoline (together, “Defendants”). Plaintiffs allege that Defendants retaliated against them, in violation of the First Amendment, after LaTorre spoke to a reporter about a matter involving a student. Each side has now moved for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, the Court will deny both motions.
