— This proceeding was commenced by Paul Dehlin, claimant, against Sid Shuck, Lloyd Lumber Company and State Insurance Fund, to recover compensation for injury, by accident, arising out of and in the course of his employment by Shuck and the company. State Insurance Fund is the company’s insurer from liability for injuries, to its employees, by accident, arising out of and in the course of their employment.

May 13, 1941, a hearing was had before the Industrial Accident Board at which claimant, Dehlin, and defendant, Shuck, appeared without counsel, and Lloyd Lumber Company and State Insurance…
