Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Matthews, J.), rendered February 6, 1983, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial (Feldman, J.), without a hearing, of the defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence.
