Frontier Saloon (Frontier) appeals from a judgment of the superior court affirming a judgment of the district court in the amount of $1,911.70 entered in favor of Allen Short and Richard Fitzgibbon, doing business as Short Builders, a partnership (Short), for work and labor performed. The case was originally tried by the district court without a jury.
