Claimant Ronnie Key petitions for review of the March 24, 1995 order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming as modified the October 27, 1993 decision of Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) Martin Burman to grant Claimant’s reinstatement petition and Employer’s petition to review medical bills.
