This is an appeal from the jury verdict in favor of DefendantsAppellees Francis McCravey, Margaret Powers Hirakawa, Venetia K. Carpenter, and City and County of Honolulu (“Appellees”). Plaintiff-Appellant Marjorie A. Kalilikane (“Kalilikane”) contends the court below erred when it excluded evidence of her acquittal on a related criminal charge, and granted Appellees’ motion for a directed verdict on the false arrest claim.
