OPINION

PARKS, Presiding Judge:

David Lee Hiler, appellant, was tried by jury for the crime of Murder in the First Degree (21 O.S.Supp.1982, § 701.7(A)) in the District Court of Cherokee County, Case No. CRF-86-238. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and set punishment at life imprisonment. The trial court sentenced appellant accordingly. From said Judgment and Sentence, appellant has perfected this appeal.
