William LaChapelle appeals his conviction for receiving child pornography through the mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2). We affirm.
FACTS 1
As part of an ongoing investigation into child pornography, the government obtained a pornography distributor’s mailing list, which contained the names of 5,700 active customers who had ordered materials from the distributor.
