Anthony L. Austin appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the District of Nebraska upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of making a false statement in connection with the purchase of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6) (count I), and unlawfully receiving a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (count II).
