This case concerns the government’s efforts to enforce a statute that addresses the problem of child pornography. This appeal arises from defendant-appellant’s conviction for the knowing receipt of a videotape, which had been transported in interstate commerce, and that depicted minor children engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
