{1} This matter came before the Court following disciplinary proceedings conducted pursuant to the Rules Governing Discipline, Rules 17-101 through 17-316 NMRA 2003, wherein attorney Christopher S. Key admitted to having been convicted by way of a plea of guilty in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico of the crime of making and subscribing a false tax return in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1) (2000) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (2000), a felony offense, and sentenced to a term of three (3) years probation commencing on May 5, 2004.
