Brenda Callaway appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the Northern District of Iowa after she entered a guilty plea to one felony count of making a false statement to the Social Security Administration (SSA), in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1001 and 2, and three misdemeanor counts of concealing an event affecting her continued right to receive benefits with the intent to fraudulently secure and convert them to a use other than that for which they were intended, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1383a(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
