WINBORNE, J., took no part in the consideration or decision of this case. This is a proceeding under the North Carolina Workmen's Compensation Act. The plaintiffs filed claim against the defendants for compensation on account of the death of Wesley Williams, alleged to have occurred as result of injury, alleged to have been received by accident, and alleged to have arisen out of and in the course of his employment by the McDowell Furniture Company of Marion. This defendants denied.
