The defendant was charged in a county attorney’s information with the crime of illegal possession of intoxicating liquor, and was further charged with two previous convictions of the intoxicating liquor laws of Iowa. The defendant entered a plea of not guilty and upon trial the jury returned a verdict of guilty. A motion for a new trial and exceptions to instructions were submitted to the court.
