Plaintiffs Flint Riverkeeper, Inc., Jere Michael Cox, Shelby Cox Moore, Granville Cliff Moore, and Sean Draime claim Defendant Southern Mills’s discharge of industrial wastewater violates the Federal Water Pollution Control Act of 1972 (Clean Water Act, or CWA), 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251, et seq,, and Georgia law. Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.
