GOLDEN, Justice.

[T1] A jury convicted Appellant Floyd Wayne Grady of attempted first degree sexual assault and first degree murder, for which he was sentenced to consecutive terms of imprisonment of forty to fifty years and life without the possibility of parole. On appeal, Grady raises issues concerning the exclusion of alternate suspect evidence, the denial of a continuance, lost evidence, and prosecutorial misconduct. We affirm.
