INTRODUCTION
Studebaker-Worthington Leasing Corp. (“Plaintiff’ or “SWLC”) filed a lawsuit in New York State court against Defendant Michael Raehlin & Co., L.L.C. (“Defendant” or “Raehlin”) for breach of contract. Defendant removed the case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1441(a) and 1452, alleging that this Court has original jurisdiction over the state court action.
