Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Correct Judgment ( Dkt. 39), in which Defendant directs this Court’s attention to an error made on page 2 of the opinion filed January 7, 1999. The Motion is well-taken. It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion (Dkt. 39) is GRANTED. The order of January 7, 1999, shall be amended as follows:
