(“Hermes”) and its President, Chipin Song (collectively, “plaintiffs”), appeal from a judgment in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, dismissing their claims against Hyundai Electronics Industries, Co. (“HEI”), and awarding attorney’s fees against plaintiffs and their attorney. (Plaintiffs’ attorney also appeals from the fee award).
