This appeal arises out of a dispute over a commercial construction project. In fourteen issues, Wade and Sons, Inc. d/b/a Consolidated Service Company (“Consolidated”), Browning Construction Company (“Browning”), and Federal Insurance Company (“Federal”) appeal the trial court’s judgment awarding damages to American Standard, Inc. d/b/a American Standard Products, Inc. d/b/a The Trane Company (“Trane”).
