Penske Truck Leasing (Penske) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the order of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting a claim petition filed by William Brunkel (Brunkel) on September 8, 2003 and ordering Penske to reimburse the Teamsters Health and Welfare Fund of Philadelphia and Vicinity (Fund) $232,120 for medical bills it paid on behalf of Brunkel, with statutory interest of ten percent from January 12, 2001.
