This is an appeal from a final order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, of June 11, 1965, overrul ing a motion to substitute the duly appointed and qualified Committee for the defendant and to set aside a default judgment entered by the Court on June 4, 1965. The case was submitted for decision upon arguments and briefs at the January Regular Term, 1966, of this Court.
