Jimmy W. Campbell was charged in case No. 00CR779 with one count of possession of methamphetamine on September 11, 2000. In a separate case, No. 01CR147, he was charged with one count each of manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of ephedrine widi intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use it to manufacture a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana on December 8, 2000.
