This matter is before the Court to consider confirmation of the Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan proposed by Georgia L. Lou-viere (“Debtor”), the debtor in the above-referenced Chapter 13 case. Ronald E. Stadtmueller, Chapter 13 Trustee, objected to the confirmation of the Plan on good faith grounds and upon the allegation that the Debtor is not applying all of her projected disposable income in contravention of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b)(1)(B), as that statute was amended by the passage of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005…
