I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on the government’s allegations that Defendant has violated the conditions of his supervised release. Following a May 25, 2010, evidentiary hearing, the Court ordered Defendant to identify and brief all defenses to the government’s allegations, and the government was permitted to respond to Defendant’s brief. Defendant timely filed his brief [dkt. 28], and the government timely filed its response [dkt. 30]. Defendant has also filed a supplemental brief [dkt. 31], and the Court has considered…
