Paul Tishman Company, Inc. (Tish-man) was the prime contractor on a contract with the United States for the construction at the Suffolk Air Force Base, Westhampton, Long Island, of a Bomarc missile base consisting of 56 missile launchers. Central Rigging and Contracting Corp. (Central) was engaged under a subcontract dated June 11, 1958, to construct certain special facilities in connection with the base and to furnish labor and material necessary to complete the same.
