JoWanda and James Strickland-Lucas, the self-represented plaintiffs, filed suit on March 18, 2016, against Citibank, N.A., “DBA CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-QH2” (“Citibank”). Several exhibits are appended to the suit. The litigation is rooted in a foreclosure action pending in the Circuit Court for Harford County as to plaintiffs’ property.
