REAVIS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a take nothing summary judgment. Appellants are nineteen working interest owners of an oil and gas lease in Hutchinson County known as the Bearkiller lease. They filed this suit in Potter County to recover contract damages based upon the alleged breach of a gas purchase and sales agreement which was entered into by and between appellee, Panhandle Producing Company (Panhandle) and W.R.
