The defendant, State Industrial Accident Commission, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court for Jackson county awarding plaintiff compensation in addition to that allowed by the commission.
The facts in the case, briefly stated, are that on July 26, 1928, the plaintiff sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment while subject to the workmen’s compensation law.
