This case involves a bodily injury liability insurance policy that contained an exclusion for “bodily injury to any employee of the insured arising out of and in the course of their employment by the insured.” The policy was issued by garnishee-defendant State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (defendant) 1 to defendant Tecorp International, Ltd., an Oregon corporation (Tecorp).
