This appeal was filed by B.R. Compton, appellant/respondent below, (hereinafter referred to as “B.R.”), from an order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County requiring certain monies and property be placed in a constructive trust for the benefit of the estate of Tivis Compton, deeeased/respondent below (hereinafter referred to as “Tivis”).
