In the instant matter, appellants David R. Dodd, David E. Dodd and Diann D. Martin [hereinafter, collectively “appellants”], seek reversal of two orders entered by the Circuit Court of Berkeley County in this minority shareholder dissent action instituted pursuant to the provisions of our prior dissenting shareholder rights statute, W.
