In these eight consolidated appeals, we address the propriety of the district court’s award of attorneys’ fees to some of the many lawyers who participated in the multitude of securities actions, and subsequent class action settlement, which followed the collapse of the MiniScribe Corporation, a publicly traded company which manufactured computer disk drives.
