This is a suit by a real estate broker for a commission for securing a purchaser for certain real estate of defendant. The latter has appealed from the judgment entered on a verdict against him. The assignments of error complain of: (1) the instructions of the trial judge to the jury; (2) the. admission of certain evidence.
