This action was tried in May, 1911. The clerk’s minutes show that in June, 1911, the trial court determined that there was a balance due to the plaintiff from the defendants of $8,561.27, and judgment was ordered in favor of the plaintiff for the amount. Plaintiff’s counsel was directed to prepare findings in harmony with the order and with the statement of the account as presented to him by the court.
