HAMILTON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Barbara J. Leslie has sued her former employer, St. Vincent New Hope, Inc., its parent company, and two former supervisors, Gail Languell and Gail Rowe. Leslie has pleaded claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and state tort law. Defendant Languell has moved for dismissal of all claims against her for failure of service.
