This action was instituted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended based on allegations of racial and religious discrimination against Dillard Department Stores, Inc. (“Dillard”), filed by Donald Cowley with the EEOC.
