This cause is before the Court on appeal by the plaintiffs-appellants from a judgment in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, in favor of defendant-appellee. The plaintiffs-appellants, who are members of the Israelite House of David, a religious organization, brought the action in the District Court to review a decision of the Appeals Council of the Social Security Administration which held that they were not entitled to old age insurance benefits under the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C., Section 301 et seq.; and that the United States should…
