Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial convened at Clinton-Sherman Air Force Base, Oklahoma, convicted the accused of several specifications of taking indecent liberties with young boys, with the intent to gratify his sexual desires, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. It sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for seven years, and accessory penalties. The convening authority approved the findings of guilty, but modified the sentence by reducing the period of confinement to five years. After a board…
