DONNELLY, Judge.

The prior decision of the court is withdrawn and the following is substituted. Defendants appeal from judgments and sentences convicting them of unlawful distribution of marijuana contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-31-22 (Repl.Pamp.1989), following their entry of pleas of no contest. In their plea agreements, defendants expressly reserved the right to appeal the trial court’s orders denying their motions to suppress evidence obtained after they were stopped at a state police roadblock.
