Ella Manor died October 23, 1921, .leaving surviving her husband, William' W. Manor, a daughter, Mrs. Mauller, and appellant, a minor,the only heirs at law. The widower qualified as administrator of the estate giving bond with Clement L. Arthur and Gilf H. Jones as sureties.
