In an action of mandamus the learned trial court entered its judgment commanding the defendants, as members of the Park Board of the City of Sioux Falls, to employ the plaintiff, Lucy Wheeler, as matron of one of the city’s swimming pools. The appeal is by the Park Board from the judgment and from an order denying a motion for new trial.
