This matter is before the Court on the motions for summary judgment (Doc. Nos. 202 & 203) filed by Defendants Central Investment Corporation and Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Ft. Lauderdale-Palm Beach, Inc. In their first motion, Defendants seek summary judgment in their favor as to each count of Plaintiff PepsiCo, Inc.’s Amended Complaint.
