Before the Court is defendants’ opposed motion in limine1 to exclude testimony, evidence, and argument regarding the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriffs office internal affairs division complaint and report (“internal affairs report” or “report”) and defendants’ opposed motion for partial summary judgment.2 In their motion in limine, defendants argue that the report should be excluded as hearsay.
