OPINION.
Defendant-appellant James Zifer appeals from the judgment of the trial court in which the court, following a bench trial, held that Zifer had violated his independent-contractor agreement with plaintiff-appellee Financial Dimensions, Inc. Zifer claims that the contract was unenforceable and that, in any event, he did not violate any of its terms. Financial Dimensions has cross-appealed the court's judgment in favor of Zifer on Zifer's claims for unpaid commissions and the court's calculation of damages.
