This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment entered in his favor against the defendant and from the order denying a new trial. The action was instituted by the plaintiff to recover damages for an alleged breach of contract by the defendant, bearing date of September i, 1910, and by the terms of which the plaintiff was employed' for a period of one year, and from which employment he was wrongfully discharged by the defendant.
