This is an action brought by plaintiff in error against the defendant in error on a money demand Hereinafter the parties will be designated as they were in the trial court..This action was brought in a justice court and resulted in a judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $80.15. Garnishment proceedings were instituted, and the garnishee answered that he was indebted to the defendant in the sum of $33, which said sum the garnishes paid into court and was discharged.
