Eric Antonio Gibson has appealed the summary denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence pursuant to rule 3.800(a), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. He claims that his sentence was rendered pursuant to the 1995 amendment to the sentencing guidelines, declared unconstitutional in Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000).
